Couriers Tracked: $7.00 1-3 business days for Courier delivery
Rural Delivery - Tracked Courier, NZ Post: $10.70 2-4 business days for Rural Delivery. Delivery time is dependent on your location and mail delivery days.
Collect Instore: To order online and collect in store, choose this option at check out.We will advise via email when your order will be ready to collect.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard or Direct bank deposit for online orders.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and will be charged in NZ dollars.
"Rubber Stamps by Montarga" will appear on your credit card statement.
Creating an Account on the Website
You will have the option to create an account at the end of placing your first order.
For the first order, you will need to go through as a 'guest'. At the completion of your order you have the option to create an account. This will save your contact details for the next order.
Unfortunately you can not create an account before placing an order.
International Orders
Please contact us via phone or email to place an order.
We can accept Visa or Mastercard for international orders.
Postage is calculated on the weight and size of the order.
New Zealand GST of 15% will be deducted from the order total.
Stock Availability
If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.
If an item you wish to purchase is showing as out of stock, please contact us as in most cases we will already have more stock on order or should be able to order additional stock for you.
Colour Variation
Please note that images of items on this website are reproduced as accurately as possible, however you may experience some colour variations due to individual monitor settings and image resolution.
Refund Policy
Rubber Stamps by Montarga will accept product returns and provide a replacement or refund where the product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or the product is not fit for its intended purpose.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
For all refunds or exchanges the original receipt must be presented. Contact must be made within 14 days of delivery if you are unsatisfied with the product. Prior to returning the goods the customer needs to contact Rubber Stamps by Montarga either by phone or email explaining the reason for return.
Privacy
All personal information is protected by strict security measures and is accessible only by our staff.
We do not retain credit card details in our system at any time.
We do not pass any personal information onto other companies or organizations.
Customer information is stored solely for the purpose of processing orders.
Please note that only customers who opt to receive newsletters will receive emails outside of order fulfillment.
