• Create background with Distress Oxides - Worn Lipstick and Saltwater Taffy
• When dry, apply white acrylic paint through a stencil
• Cut the middle piece out and mount onto pink card. Use a gold gel pen to trace the stencil design over the white paint
• Emboss 0197FF Happy Birthday on white card with gold embossing powder, then fussy cut out
• Mount on card with a Wordies strip
• Embellish with Nuvo drops
