Memento Luxe pigment ink pad from Tsukineko 
Water based pigment ink, excellent on most surfaces including paper, fabric, wood and other porous surfaces.
When stamping on fabric, use an iron to heat set for permanence. The raised foam pad makes it easy to ink any size rubber stamp.
