Delicata Pigment Ink Pad from Tsukineko.

Water based pigment ink, archival, excellent on most surfaces including glossy card, vellum, coated papers, wood and other porous surfaces.
Dries quickly on matte paper, slower on other surfaces, drying time can be speed up by heat setting.
The raised foam pad makes it easy to ink any size rubber stamp.
